Refund policy
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
We hope that you never have to cancel or return a product. At the same time, we would be available to assist you whenever necessary due to unforeseen circumstances. As a first step, we are outlining our cancellation and return policy to alleviate your concerns.
Cancellation Policy
The customer has the option to cancel an order at any time before it is dispatched or out for delivery. Once the order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled. Depending on the category, there is a cancellation time window, and orders cannot be cancelled after the specified time has passed. If the seller cancels an order due to unforeseen circumstances, a full refund will be issued for prepaid orders.
Returns Policy
Damages and issues: We take great care in packaging to ensure that the product arrives to you exactly as it appeared on our website. However, due to circumstances beyond our control, the delivered items may be damaged in transit. In such cases, we would be delighted to replace or cancel your order. We would like you to let us know about any damage as soon as you receive it.
Incorrect Items Received
We are proud of how well our fulfillment process works, and we are sure that the right shipment will get to the right person at the right place. If you get items that are different from what you ordered, we will pick up the wrong items from your house. We will also ship you the right things as soon as we can.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Misuse by the Buyer/Customer
If the buyer or customer was found to be abusing the system by repeatedly returning, cancelling, or not accepting the orders he placed, or by repeatedly asking for refunds, replacements, exchanges, etc., or using SG Fragrances coupons in the wrong way, Then, we reserve the right to cancel or withhold these orders and/or warn, suspend, block, terminate, and/or blacklist such buyer/customer accounts or addresses as we deem appropriate. Also, if a refund is given, it will be conditional, subject to verification or scrutiny, and SG Fragrances will have the right to take it back.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 2-5 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
